Experience
I am a graduate of Pittsburgh University where I earned my B.A. in Elementary Education, and I earned my master's in Reading and Mathematics Education from Walden University. I am actively pursuing my PhD, specializing in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. I have previous experience teaching pre-k, kindergarten, and fifth grade classes; my current position is teaching General Studies and Career Services advising in college. I also have experience working with children with special needs, so I have the ability to adapt my tutoring style to fit the needs of the individual student. I am able to tutor many subjects within the Social and Environmental Sciences. I also teach Quantitative Reasoning, and many different Mathematics courses. I am able to help with test preparation in many subject matters, including LSAT Reading Comprehension, DAT Reading Comprehension, as well as the GRE, and PCAT tests. I am also fluent in United States History and able to provide assistance in essay writing. I reside in the Lakewood, Ohio area and enjoy watching as well as playing sports. I am involved in paddle-boarding, cycling, volleyball, tennis, and flag football. I am excited and looking forward to meeting new students!
